TIME IS MONEY.
Fact: People spend more time getting to and from their workout, than on the workout itself. And that’s before factoring in potential snags. MRT breakdown (not again!). Having to wait for popular equipment during peak hour at the gym. Ran into a friend? You go for a post-workout supper and get to bed late, affecting your recovery. What should have been a productive, 45-minute workout has turned into a draining, four-hour mess.
Change into sportswear – or nothing at all (we won’t judge!) – and do your 10 minute workout. Have a cool-down shower as you warm up your dinner. Refuel healthily, and then back to your priorities – family, entertainment or more work.
