Our Personalised training program follows the ‘Feed To Fit Training Protocol’. It is split up into 3 phases – Technique, Strength and Burn.

TECHNIQUE PHASE

After the initial postural & movement assessment, we teach you how to move efficiently. Exercises are movements, therefore, moving correctly goes a long way to prevent injuries, as well as optimize improvements long term. We focus on joint alignment, being aware of the muscles worked during a certain exercise. It creates new healthy movement habits to prepare you for the next phase. You will learn about how your body moves through various cues and guidance from the coaches.

STRENGTH PHASE

In this phase, we aim to optimize strength to weight ratio. We want to work towards doing that first pushup and pullup, adding weights to the exercises. It’s like getting a promotion at work, you spend the same amount of time, and yet you earn more. This is what the Strength phase gives you. As you get stronger, you can do more challenging and complex exercises in the Burn Phase while lasting longer. Expect focused, short burst of work followed by resting as long as you need. You will start to feel fitter, more confident and happier as you constantly hit personal records almost every session. Based on how you are eating, you can lose fats and gain muscle in this phase.

BURN PHASE

Time to say ‘bye bye’ to those fats hanging around for years. We start moving at a faster pace with shorter rest periods during this phase to unlock your fat burning potential. Program formats will vary during the Burn phase to keep things challenging. What this does is to keep your metabolic rate elevated, even 24 – 48 hours after the workout. The more you push, the more you will burn. You may feel like you’re done for the day halfway through the workout, but keep going, the feeling at the end is priceless. It will be challenging, not impossible. Only by breaking barriers, will you sculpt your body.
